A recognized media services company in Los Angeles, CA is actively seeking a new Ascend Developer. In this role, the Ascend Developer will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, enabling seamless integration between Ascend and various ERP components, and supporting the broader implementation team with scalable, reliable data flows.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite occasionally at their Los Angeles, CA location.***
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Ascend workflows and pipelines to support ERP integrations
- Ensure seamless integration between Ascend and GCP-hosted systems.
- Collaborate with ERP functional and technical teams to understand data requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize data flows for performance and reliability
- Support testing and validation of integration points
- Document integration architecture and processes
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Ascend.io or similar Data Orchestration platforms
- Strong understanding of GCP services and architecture
- Experience with ERP data integrations
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages used in Data Engineering
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM
- Experience in large-scale global ERP implementations
- Familiarity with Finance Data Structures and Reporting requirements
- Background in Data Engineering or Cloud-based Integration Architecture
