A healthcare organization on Long Island is seeking a new ARS Therapist / Counselor to join the Mental Health Services department of a Nassau County-based behavioral health clinic.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Clinical office
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments
- Providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Completing documentation in the electronic health record
- Maintaining productivity standards
- Managing assigned caseload and associated documentation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
- LMSW, LMSW-P, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-P, or LMHC-D licensure
- Knowledge of OASAS regulations
- Ability to conduct Psychotherapy
- Case Management skills
Desired Skills:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Additional certifications in Mental Health therapies
- Experience with Avatar EHR
