About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving AACS incidents
- Managing tickets with updates and prioritization
- Executing service restarts, updates, and maintenance
- Supporting integrations with tools and escalating issues
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in LenelS2 OnGuard
- Lenel OnGuard Professional Certification
- Knowledge of Windows Server and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ITSM processes and tools
- Strong technical writing skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in non-production/test environments
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python
