About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and deploying Java-based APIs in a microservices architecture
- Building RESTful web services from scratch to support scalable enterprise applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define API integrations
- Debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications to ensure performance and reliability
- Maintaining code quality through best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Java Development
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong expertise in Java and related development frameworks
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and web development principles
- Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
- Experience developing APIs in microservices environments
- Financial services or banking industry experience preferred
