A recognized education network in New York City is seeking a new Anaplan Product Owner to focus on leading Anaplan solutions for operational planning and organization.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Anaplan solutions supporting teacher operations and organizational planning
- Driving the evolution from manual-based systems of record to governed Anaplan models
- Ensuring Anaplan solutions align with operational requirements and broader People Technology architecture
- Acting as a primary liaison between operational users, the Anaplan integration team, and the People Technology team focused on Workday
- Translating manual-based workflows, calculations, and business rules into Anaplan requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Anaplan
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Anaplan Model Builder Certification
- Proficiency in translating manual operations to enterprise tools
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Anaplan certification (Model Builder, Solution Architect, or equivalent)
- Background in workforce operations and people planning
- Experience with Workday and People Technology platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and Workday integration
