**This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to be in the office 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Defining and owning the change management strategy for operational planning initiatives
- Advising senior leaders on change impacts and adoption progress
- Establishing governance and success metrics for change outcomes
- Engaging operational and technology leaders to build alignment
- Serving as a trusted advisor during the transition from manual to Anaplan tools
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in change management or large-scale technology adoption
- Proven experience with enterprise change initiatives
- Success in guiding transitions from manual-dependent processes
- Strong facilitation and executive advisory capabilities
- Proficiency in Anaplan, Workday, or similar technology
- Experience in people-centric organizations
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in complex environments
