An education network in New York City is actively seeking a new Anaplan Change Management Lead to oversee change management strategies in transitioning planning operations to Anaplan.

 **This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to be in the office 3 days a week.***

Responsibilities:
  • Defining and owning the change management strategy for operational planning initiatives
  • Advising senior leaders on change impacts and adoption progress
  • Establishing governance and success metrics for change outcomes
  • Engaging operational and technology leaders to build alignment
  • Serving as a trusted advisor during the transition from manual to Anaplan tools
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in change management or large-scale technology adoption
  • Proven experience with enterprise change initiatives
  • Success in guiding transitions from manual-dependent processes
  • Strong facilitation and executive advisory capabilities
  • Proficiency in Anaplan, Workday, or similar technology
  • Experience in people-centric organizations
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in complex environments
Desired Skills:
  • Experience leading Anaplan or People Technology implementations
  • Background in Workforce Operations
  • Strong facilitation skills
