A recognized services company in Florida is actively seeking a new Analytical Laboratory Technician for a challenging role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Tampa.
Responsibilities:
- Running chemical analysis on phosphate-related materials
- Supporting and sometimes leading lab operations
- Training junior techs and coordinating workflow
- Troubleshooting lab equipment and processes
- Stepping in for Lab Chemist and/or Supervisor as needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of related work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the Phosphates industry
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and/or Science
- Previous experience in a Leadership role
