About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable RAG-based AI architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Lead the deployment and optimization of large-scale vector databases to support semantic search and generative AI use cases
- Drive the development and fine-tuning of custom Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored to domain-specific needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into clinical and regulatory workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on AI/ML best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data governance standards in Life Sciences
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall Software Development experience
- Strong focus on AI/ML in recent years
- Proven experience with RAG architecture implementations in production environments
- Hands-on expertise in vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar
- Deep understanding of machine learning, LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and training custom LLMs
- Strong background in Life Sciences, with direct experience in clinical trials or regulatory submissions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
