A financial services firm in North Carolina is seeking a new Agile Delivery Lead to oversee Agile teams in order to deliver high-quality, valuable software solutions.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity in Charlotte, NC, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.***
Responsibilities:
- Driving business value through best-in-class team execution
- Understanding team weaknesses and developing plans to address them
- Identifying and escalating risks as necessary
- Tracking dependencies to ensure smooth execution
- Proactively resolving impediments and optimizing workflow
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
