A Fortune Top 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Agile Coach for a hybrid position in Pensacola, FL. The role involves mentoring teams and overseeing Agile development practices.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***

Responsibilities:
- Coaching Agile development teams and managing large-scale programs across the organization
- Teaching and mentoring cross-functional teams in Agile values and practices
- Providing hands-on coaching and guidance to Agile teams
- Tracking Agile project metrics and implementing solutions for problem areas
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Agile techniques and processes
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expertise in Azure DevOps
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Proven background in Lean Portfolio Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior executives
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience leading Agile initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with SAFe certified training
- Expertise in Product Management transformations
- Strong emotional intelligence and organizational awareness
