A healthcare organization in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Sports Medicine team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week, finishing at 2 PM on Fridays
- Setting: Hospital and clinic
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in surgical procedures
- Conducting clinic appointments and seeing 10-15 patients
- Providing injections in office
- Covering call duties for 5-7 days monthly
- Collaborating with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in Sports Medicine (flexibility possible)
- Master's Degree
- GA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Eligible
- Proficiency in surgical procedures
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptive to a dynamic work environment
