A healthcare network in Vermont is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide call coverage for their Pediatric Care team.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Thursdays (some weekends)
- Hours: 5pm to 8am
- Notes:
- One in four weekends starting Thursday at 5:00 PM
- May extend through Monday 8:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Newborn nursery coverage
- Pediatric consults in the Emergency Department
- Inpatient pediatrics for patients under age 18
- Routine newborn care in the nursery
- High-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- VT Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Experience with Newborn Nursery Care
- Experience in Pediatric Consultations
- Knowledge of Neonatal Resuscitation
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attentioin to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in Pediatric Care
- Experience in NICU stabilization
- Leadership in High-Risk Delivery situations
