A health services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Internal Medicine team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Inpatient facility
Responsibilities:
- Managing 15–20 patients per day (new admissions, consults, follow-ups)
- Providing inpatient internal medicine coverage
- Working alongside 2 physicians and 1 APP
- Being supported by dedicated administrative and nursing staff
- Performing minimal procedures, including suture removal and basic wound care
Qualifications:
- Active NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- DEA and CDS registrations
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Advanced Medical Degree
- Additional certifications in related fields
- Proficiency in Patient Management software
