A health services organization in Virginia is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a great opportunity with their team in Shenandoah Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Providing advanced care under the direction of the medical team
- Collaborating with a stable nursing staff
- Maintaining comprehensive case logs
- Utilizing the T-System documentation
- Participating in a formal triage system
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) program
- VA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Eligible
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- DEA registration
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Team collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Board Certified
- ANCC/AANP or NCCPAA certifications
- Experience in Emergency Room settings
- Proficiency in T-System documentation
