A health services organization in Texas is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a great opportunity at a Level IV Trauma Center.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Planned 4 to 6 weeks in advance
- Hours: 12pm to 12am (12-hour shifts)
- Setting: 14-bed Emergency Department
Responsibilities:
- Providing advanced care under the direction of the medical team
- Collaborating with a stable nursing staff
- Maintaining comprehensive case logs
- Utilizing the T-System documentation
- Participating in a formal triage system
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- TX Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- DEA registration
- Board certification: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Team collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- ANCC/AANP or NCCPAA certifications
- Experience in Emergency Room settings
- Proficiency in T-System documentation
