A prestigious private medical group in Manhattan is seeking a Nurse Practitioner
and/or a Physician Assistant for their Cardiology Department, providing top-notch cardiovascular care to patients
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and follow-ups
- Managing a personal panel of 12-16 patients per day
- Collaborating with cardiologists to develop and implement care plans
- Providing patient education on heart health, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiology NP/PA
- Master's Degree
- Active NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Eligible / Certified
- Empathetic patient education abilities
- Organizational skills for maintaining medical documentation
- Adaptability to cover varying responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Exposure to Obesity Medicine
- Proficiency in Cardiovascular assessments
