A healthcare network with locations in Ohio is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Primary Care team in the Columbus area.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 32 hours a week
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Patient population: All ages
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Performing in-office procedures, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an Outpatient Patient Care
- Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- OH Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Great interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
- Strong attention to detail
