A New Jersey-based health services organization is actively seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team in Hoboken and handle both in-office and telehealth patient care.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 4 days, 8 hours per day
- Hours: 32 hours of patient care each week
- Setting: Primary care
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse patient panel
- Conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in the office and via telehealth
- Participating in Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities
- Collaborating with teammates and using clinical expertise for in-office procedures
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience, including 1 year of experience with a Clinical Fellowship and/or Urgent Care
- Completed an FNP or PA program with national certification
- NJ Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Proficiency in Human-centered Primary Care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based care
- Effective communication skills
Desired Skills:
- 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
- Completed FNP or PA program
- National certification
- Proficiency with care technology
