A healthcare organization is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Haven County. This primary care role offers the opportunity to provide outpatient care in a Monday through Friday setting with a consistent daytime schedule.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with lunch built in
- Setting: Primary care
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to adult and family medicine patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
- Support coverage for a maternity leave assignment
- Deliver care without weekend shifts or procedures
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with established clinical standards
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut license
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA and CDS registration
- At least 5 years of Family Medicine experience
