A healthcare provider in the Greater Orlando area is seeking a dedicated Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Goldsboro site in Sanford. This role will involve working independently in an underserved FQHC setting.

This position entails working in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to handle rotating on-call duties and flexible hours.

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-12pm
- Hours: Full-Time
- Setting: Community Health Center
Responsibilities:
The Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive care to patients in a community health setting
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
- Collaborating with medical assistants and administrative staff
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Handling on-call telephonic responsibilities on a rotational basis
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience (New grads considered)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Active NP or PA license in Florida
- Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnosis
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
Desired Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar setting
- Advanced degree in related field
- Bilingual capabilities a plus
