A recreational & entertainment organization has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new ADP Implementation Consultant.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Part-time
- Hours: 15 to 20 per week
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through full‑cycle assessment and implementation for 3 work streams (attendance, comp & position management)
- Oversee and execute data conversion, validation, auditing, and overall data integrity
- Facilitate client training sessions, develop rollout strategies, and support change management
- Analyze client needs and design creative, scalable solutions to improve their HR and payroll processes
- Serve as the client’s advocate—quickly learning their structure, ensuring compliance, meeting deadlines, and driving successful outcomes
- Provide clear communication, documentation, and project management across multiple concurrent client engagements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record implementing ADP solutions
- Strong understanding of Payroll, HR Operations, Reporting, and Data Management
- Exceptional written, verbal, and client‑facing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
