A nonprofit services organization in New York City is seeking a licensed professional to join their team in Manhattan as their new Admissions & Outreach Manager. As a member of their Mother & Child Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program, the Admissions & Outreach Manager will be responsible for admissions operations and census growth.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Residential SUD Program
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and evaluating referrals for program appropriateness
- Conducting phone screenings and intake assessments
- Determining eligibility for admission and scheduling intakes
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Driving census growth and conducting outreach to community partners
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Addiction, Counseling, or SUD treatment
- Master's Degree
- One of the following licensures: MSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC, or CASAC-T credential
- Experience with NextGen EHR
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Independence and initiative
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Prior experience in Admissions and/or Intakes
- Utilization Review skills
