This role focuses on calendar and workflow coordination, presentation and reporting support, and handling sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.

- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a private markets investment team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and related logistics across stakeholders
- Prepare, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials
- Maintain trackers and spreadsheets in Excel for requests, follow-ups, and deliverables
- Manage urgent, time-sensitive requests with accuracy, discretion, and follow-through
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a sharp eye for formatting and visual clarity
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Basic foundation in finance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting investment, finance, distribution, or sales teams
- Experience coordinating roadshows, client meetings, or senior leadership logistics
