A New York City-based health services network is seeking a versatile and hardworking professional to join their growing Women's Health / OBGYN Department as an Administrative Assistant.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm (35 hours/week; 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Women's Health/OBGYN Department
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily administrative activities for the AVP
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing the policy review process
- Developing written materials and correspondence
- Maintaining filing systems and tracking management projects
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Administrative experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management experience
- Advanced Excel skills
