A property management firm in Western New York is actively seeking a hardworking and versatile Administrative Assistant to join their growing Facilities team in Rochester.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (with a flexible schedule, including every other Friday off)
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (40 hours a week)
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily work orders and updates
- Updating space, asset, and move-related information
- Assigning work orders and tracking progress
- Following up with technicians and customers
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience in an Administrative support role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with CMMS or Procurement Systems
- Experience in Facilities, Operations, or Manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with work order workflows
