A recognized services organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level executive support, including Google calendar management and scheduling
- Demonstrating flexibility outside traditional hours to support the CTO and team
- Handling time-sensitive and confidential tasks professionally
- Maintaining a polished demeanor and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinating cross-functional activities across multiple time zones
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer savvy, specifically Mac
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification
- Interest in Budgeting
