A global commercial real estate services firm in New Jersey is seeking a versatile and hardworking professional to join its staff as an Administrative Assistant.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours a week (1-hour paid lunch)
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a Real Estate role/setting
