A biotech company is actively seeking a new Administrative Assistant to join their growing team in a Remote capacity and focus on Health Economics Outcomes Research.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Remote with some on-site meetings
- Shift: Part-Time
- Schedule: Flexible days/hours, 20 hours per week
- Hours: Standard Business Hours
- Setting: Remote with potential travel
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end execution of contracts
- Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
- Attending meetings and summarizing action items
- Providing general administrative support to HEOR functions
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Administrative experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with End-to-End Contract Management
- Familiarity with MedCompli
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in the Biotech and/or Pharma
- COUPA experience
- Prior HEOR or R&D administration
- Multitasking abilities
