A health services organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join its growing team as its Accounting Manager. In this Remote role, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring accuracy in a dynamic environment undergoing acquisitions.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (flexible)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing accounting functions
- Managing month-end close processes
- Review and approval of journal entries
- Handling currency exchange with Canadian and UK entities
- Overseeing a team of Accountants
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of General Accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Working knowledge of NetSuite
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
Desired Skills:
- CPA certification
- M&A experience
- Experience in the Advertising/Marketing industry
- Microsoft Excel expertise
