A recognized services company in New Jersey is seeking a new Account Operations Analyst to join their growing team in Union. In this role, the Account Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company's senior living partners in achieving operational excellence through data management and process improvement.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Daytime
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a point of contact for customers to troubleshoot issues
- Supporting onboarding and data setup for new communities
- Ensuring data accuracy across platforms like Salesforce
- Building and distributing performance reports
- Documenting and improving internal processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Client Services, and/or Business Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Technology proficiency with a focus on process automation
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Team player
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Salesforce
- Familiarity with SQL and PowerBI
- Experience in Senior Living and/or Healthcare Operations
